Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] (“we”, “us”) for your use of Leafdrop. If you use Leafdrop for a company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to. If you don’t agree, don’t use Leafdrop.

1. What Leafdrop does

Leafdrop lets you connect Facebook Pages and Google Business Profile locations you manage, schedule and publish posts to those Pages, and read and reply to Google reviews, with optional AI-drafted replies. We may add, change or remove features over time.

You own the posts, photos, replies and brand details you put into Leafdrop (“your content”). You give us permission to store, process and send your content only as needed to run Leafdrop for you, for example to publish a post to the Pages you chose. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to it.

5. AI drafts

Drafted replies are suggestions. They can be wrong, miss context, or not fit your brand. Read and edit them before sending. If your workspace turns on automatic replies, you are responsible for those replies as if you had sent them yourself. Leafdrop never sends automatic replies to reviews under 4 stars.

Don’t use Leafdrop to:

7. Fees

Leafdrop is currently offered as early access. If and when paid plans apply to you, we will tell you the price before you are charged, and fees will be as stated in your plan or order.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using Leafdrop at any time and ask us to delete your data (see Data deletion). We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms, or with 30 days’ notice if we stop offering Leafdrop. Sections 4 (ownership), 9, 10 and 12 survive termination.

9. Disclaimers

Leafdrop is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it reliable, but we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every post or reply will be published at a particular time. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Leafdrop is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell account owners by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Leafdrop after that means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [state], United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located there.
